Shipping Policy

*DISCLAIMER: COVID-19 Delays!

As a result of the continuous widespread of this virus, Logistic Companies & Transportations all around the Globe are experiencing delays with their services. Due to these Impacts, Shipping Delays are now an inevitable factor we're also trying to accommodate to including longer than normal Shipping Times. To combat any additional delays involved, DHL, UPS, Chronopost Shipping will currently be our only Shipping Courier.

*Please Note: Delays are therefore expected in the Processing of items and delivery of all Domestic Times - Caution is implored before purchasing as we cannot guarantee an exact date of arrival*

We ship mainly with the following carriers: DHL, UPS, Chronopost. The choice of carrier is made according to the destination of the shipment.

The overall time frame for your delivery is divided into 2 parts:

Processing Times + Shipping Times

Handling time: 2-7 days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

Transit time: 8-20 days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

Our order cut-off time is 09:00PM {(GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)}

1. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address and/or via SMS after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as order # are proof of your purchase.

  • Processing time: Once confirmations are received, all orders are sent to our suppliers for processing and handling ASAP. Due to the severity of orders we receive daily, we aim to process your order within 1-2 business days. Orders need to be tailored, quality checked and packaged by our overseas manufacturers with the up most due diligence and care. Spawalt aims to offer nothing but perfection on all orders before they are dispatched.

2. SHIPPING YOUR ORDER:

After processing, your order is then dispatched ASAP from our distribution centre to the local delivery carrier. We endeavour to have your orders dispatched within a week but can take longer from time to time.

All orders will receive a Tracking ID sent again to your email address and/or via SMS as confirmation of it's shipment. However, do not be alarmed if you haven't received it yet. Orders may be one step ahead and already in transit before we notify you of your Tracking Notification.

Packages are generally shipped within 5-7 Business days of order placement.
Your purchases may be sent in multiple packages due to the size of some products. You will be able to track each package by tracking number.


We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund is allowed. The return of the package(s) is at the customer's expense. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 30 days following the purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition.
